The SLR Planning & Estates team is made up of Chartered Surveyors, Chartered Planners and EIA Project Managers who provide the following services:

·         Provision of expert witness services including the preparation of evidence, attendance and testimony Oral Hearings.

·         The preparation of submissions to Development Plans and Local Area Plan and towards national policy statements and regional strategies;

·         Compliance advice; including advice on interpretation and implementation of planning conditions, the preparation of planning compliance documentation, seeking Planning Authority sign off/approval of same, and responding to further clarifications

·         Public consultation and stakeholder involvement; including the carrying out of pre‐planning discussions/consultations/meetings with relevant authorities in addition to the organising and carrying out of community consultation processes, including public information & consultation evenings;

·         CAD Drawing and GIS Mapping.

Fundamental to SLR’s established track record is the fact that senior and experienced personnel are actively involved in undertaking and managing projects.
